I have read the guide totally from basil too.
To make it better,I would max blast first,cause it is 8 times better than power strike with an element charge.
I don't know what the build doer had in mind..Lol. You don't need adv. charge blow that bad..not at least max one haha. The original one is good enough till you need to do ht runs (150+..) which is why you can max holy charge for effective skelegon/skelosaurus training.
This is of course just one alternative,but I think it's one of the best. You shall go any path you want to.
